Nothing has changed since then. Today the cross reference to “aviation” still works. If not, reference to “space”. However, this is a showcase for the state of technology, fashion and advertising at one moment in the 1920s. The aircraft seems to be a “Tin Goose”. So it is more the end of 1920s or early 1930s.
Hurry up and get your Flapper Ring! Quickly, before you realize that those girls aren’t flappers but Girl Scouts in short trousers and floppy rain hats.
